To solidify pricing we require a paid sample. One of our brick techs will revisit the site and apply 1-3 different paint removers leaving them to dwell for 24-48 hours. They will return after the dwell time to report the results.
3. Prepare
Depending on the specific scope of work and cleaning products required we often need to tape, cover and protect vulnerable areas such as windows, doors, and foliage.
4. Apply
We apply paint stripping products and then cover with 3m covering or Dumond strips. This will sit on the brick for 24-48 hours.
5. Remove
The Paint removal products are removed by hand using a scraper, only scraping the paint removal product off.
6. Reclaim Wash / Steam Clean
We reclaim wash the paint so A. we can keep the site as clean as possible and B. We can reclaim any lead-based paint and dispose of it properly.
7. Masonry Cleaning
Once the bulk of the paint is removed we do a full exterior wash to make the area look brand new removing hydrocarbons and debris.
8. Clean Up
We strive to leave your site cleaner than when we arrived. All garbage and debris will be removed to the best of our abilities. Then we take our after pictures!
