Our Process
1. Site Inspection
Before we can begin washing we must do a site inspection to make sure the site is safe to work on. This is also when we take our "before " pictures.
2. Prepare
Depending on the specific scope of work and cleaning products required. We always tape, cover and protect vulnerable areas and we always tarp the floors.
3. Reclaim Wash
Our reclaim system is able to reclaim up to 95% of the water used. Mortar quality can affect this percentage as abnormalities can affect suction.
4. Clean Up
We strive to leave your site cleaner than when we arrived. All garbage and debris will be removed to the best of our abilities. Then we take our "after" pictures!
5. Post Job
